Reporting to the Human Resources Head, the Human Resources Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, execution, and continuous improvement of initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, culture alignment, and leadership development. The role focuses on change management, talent development, performance optimization, and strategic interventions that drive business transformation and workforce growth.

Organizational Design and Effectiveness

  • Assists in evaluating and improving organizational structures, workflows, and reporting relationships.
  • Supports initiatives for restructuring, job redesign, or realignment to business needs.
  • Helps analyze data to identify productivity gaps, redundancies, and improvement opportunities.

Talent and Leadership Development

  • Coordinates leadership development and succession planning programs.
  • Supports the design and delivery of learning pathways and competency-based training plans.
  • Tracks employee development plans and individual growth milestones.

Performance Management

  • Supports the implementation of the company's performance management system (PMS).
  • Guides the departments in goal-setting, KPI alignment, and performance calibration.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations based on performance trends and reports.

Culture and Employee Engagement

  • Assists in assessing and shaping organizational culture in alignment with core values.
  • Supports the rollout of engagement surveys, focus group discussions, and feedback sessions.
  • Helps design and implement programs that boost employee morale, recognition, and belonging.

Change Management and Communication

  • Assists in planning and facilitating organizational change initiatives.
  • Prepares communication materials, FAQs, and learning sessions for major OD programs.
  • Supports managers and teams in adapting to changes through coaching and tools.

Organizational Development Analytics and Research

  • Compiles and analyzes data on organizational health metrics (engagement, attrition, promotion, etc.).
  • Stays updated on industry trends and OD practices for benchmarking.
  • Prepares reports and recommendations based on research and diagnostics.

Policy and Process Development

  • Drafts or revises OD-related policies and guidelines (e.g., career development, promotion criteria).
  • Collaborates with HR business partners and department heads to align initiatives with policy.

Flexibility and Adaptability

  • Performs other tasks assigned by the immediate superior to contribute to achieving departmental goals.
  • Continuously seeks opportunities to learn and develop new skills by adapting to changes and excelling in different situations.
  • Adjusts plans and priorities to accommodate changes and unexpected situations.

Communicating with Integrity and Respect

  • Role models and upholds Mary Grace Foods' vision, mission, values and customer service model consistently.
  • Builds trust, fosters positive relationships, and maintains a healthy work environment by striving to provide accurate information, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and taking responsibility for words and actions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management or any other related course.
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years work experience in organizational development, talent development, or HR project management.
  • Preferably from an organization with 3,000 employees and above.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with OD models, tools (e.g., SWOT, 9-box grid, RACI, etc.), and intervention strategies
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in implementing company-wide development programs or culture initiatives
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis tools, and survey platforms
  • Must be willing to work onsite in our Head Office located at Marian Business Park, San Martin de Porres, Paranaque
