We're looking for a
Sales Manager
to join our dynamic team In this role, you'll be responsible for building, mentoring, and leading a high-performing sales group while driving business growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at motivating others and connecting with clients, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

  • Accomplishes marketing and sales objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and managing Salespersons.
  • Responsible for the management of sales and for creating rapport with current and potential clients.
  • Identifies customer needs and exceeds client expectations.
  • Communicates job expectations, plans, and monitors sales production.
  • Achieves sales targets by supervising, planning, and coordinating daily activities with a team of Salespersons.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce, Property Development/Real Estate Management, or equivalent.
  • With a pleasing personality and excellent communication skills, including listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Has the ability to recruit and manage a team of salespeople
  • At least one year of working experience in the related field is required
