DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Scheduling appointments and meeting existing customers in order to identify and qualify potential prospects and present current product offers.

  • Provided professional demonstrations or presentation of company products and services while onsite.
  • Liasing between the company and the customers for up-to-date pricing, service and latest product- release launches
  • Continuously updating all prospects on company product modifications, changes and enhancements.
  • Enhancing up-to-date knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools by attending departmental and training meetings.
  • Maintaining professionalism, diplomacy, sensitivity and tact to portray the company in positive manner.
  • Effectively attending conferences and trade shows, where applicable,
  • Using marketing data to maximize sales effectiveness and efficiency by using relevant sales management tools.
  • Preparing reports for sales and marketing and maintaining accurate expense accounts.
  • Updating and maintaining customer account records, including contact names and number for future sales.
  • Providing product quotes to customer as needed.
  • Aggressively following up on business opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of any related course
  • At least 2-3 Working experience in same field or medical industry
  • Knowledgeable in the same industry
  • Highly motivated individual
  • With Good communications skills

 Education: While a formal degree may not always be required, many employers prefer candidates with at least a bachelor's degree, especially in business administration, marketing, sales, or a related field.  Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for sales executives. They need to be able to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and articulate the benefits of the products or services they are selling.

 Negotiation Skills: Sales executives often need to negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients. Having strong negotiation skills can help them close deals and maximize revenue.

 Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Skills: Proficiency with CRM software is often required, as sales executives need to track interactions with clients, manage leads, and analyze sales data to improve performance.

 Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing market conditions, customer preferences, and company strategies is important for sales executives. They need to be able to quickly adjust their approach based on feedback and new information.

 Networking Abilities: Building and maintaining a network of contacts can be valuable for sales executives. This includes networking with potential clients, industry professionals, and colleagues within the organization.

 Problem-Solving Skills: Sales executives often encounter challenges and objections from clients that they need to overcome. Strong problem-solving skills can help them find creative solutions and address client concerns.

 Motivation and Drive: Sales can be a demanding and competitive field, so employers look for candidates who are motivated, ambitious, and driven to succeed.
