Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Sales and Business Development based in Calabarzon, Philippines. The Head of Sales and Business Development will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and implement effective sales strategies, manage existing client accounts, and identify new growth opportunities. Additional responsibilities include conducting market analysis, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment between business goals and customer needs.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Sales, Sales Management, and Account Management
- Proven experience and ability in Team Management
- Excellent Analytical Skills for market analysis and strategic decision-making
- Outstanding communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in Fintech or banking sectors is highly advantageous
