JOB SUMMARY:

Provides vital support to the Hotel's Management Team, Head Office Departments, and Summit & Go Hotels Properties across the country by handling a range of administrative and clerical duties. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through efficient communication, coordination, and organizational support.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Performs general administrative tasks including filing, SAP data entry, and document preparation
  • Handles incoming emails, queries, and correspondence; may direct inquiries to appropriate departments
  • Maintains accurate records of Hotel licenses, permits, and contracts
  • Ensures that all accounting-related forms and supporting documents are complete prior to submission to the Finance Team
  • In charge of receiving and sending parcels, packages, and documents to and from various hotel properties; ensure timely delivery and proper documentation
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information and uphold company policies

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree holder
  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally in hospitality or customer service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
