JOB SUMMARY
The role of the Operations Associate is to support the Operations Department in an administrative capacity. The Operations Associate is responsible for recording, updating, maintaining and/or processing operations data.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS:
- Record and update information in spreadsheets and databases.
- Organize data.
- Prepare data for operations reports and dashboard.
- Any other task deemed necessary by Management,
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- At least college graduate.
- At least 1 year working experience in a similar capacity.
JOB COMPETENCIES / SPECIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least average proficiency using Microsoft Office 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Sharepoint). Knowing Excel formulas is a plus.
- Must be able to type at least 50 words per minute.
- Excellent organization skills.
- Detail- and process-oriented.
- Average verbal and written English skills.
- Willing to extend work hours when needed.
