We are looking for a Finance Associate (project-based) to join our team. The Finance Associate will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth financial operations of the company. This role will be responsible for billing, collections, compliance, and expense monitoring, while also supporting day-to-day financial processes. The Finance Associate will work closely with both internal teams and client partners, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency in all financial transactions and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and issue accurate billing statements in a timely manner.
  • Lead and manage collection efforts to ensure on-time client payments.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of documentation for all billing requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) requirements and other regulatory standards.
  • Process requests for payments related to day-to-day operational needs.
  • Monitor, analyze, and challenge operational expenses to optimize spending.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients' payments teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial workflows and implement best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong internship experience may be considered).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Knowledge of BIR requirements and compliance is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
