About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Human Resources Associate to join our growing team at Welcome Bank. As an HR Associate, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's human resource functions and contribute to the overall success of our organization by ensuring smooth facilitation and assistance with our operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management up to offboarding;
  • Collaborating with departmental managers to understand their staffing needs and assist with talent acquisition
  • Participate and assist in planning and execution of HR-related events, workshops, and employee engagement activities
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Handling employee inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures
  • Providing administrative support with coordination and execution of HR-related processes , policies, procedures, and initiatives
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve HR processes and enhance the overall employee experience

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar HR generalist or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
  • With strong attention to details, excellent analytical and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach, excellent organizational, proactive, adaptable, and multitasking abilities
