Job Role Summary/Overview

A growing equipment finance brokerage that connects small businesses with funding solutions for essential equipment purchases. They work with blue-collar industries including trucking, agriculture, and construction, helping business owners secure the financing they need to expand operations.

You'll be the vital link between marketing efforts and closed deals, ensuring no potential client falls through the cracks. This role puts you at the heart of a growing business where your persistence and communication skills directly impact small business owners' ability to get the equipment they need.

Job Highlights

  • Hourly Rate: Approximately PHP 400
  • Paid Hours per Week: 20
  • Schedule: Flexible hours within Queensland, Australian business hours

  • Work Arrangement: Work from home

  • Contract: Independent Contractor

Side note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and an "Independent Contractor" arrangement, the candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct persistent follow-up calls to marketing-generated leads, ensuring multiple contact attempts for maximum conversion
  • Schedule discovery calls and appointments between qualified prospects and the business owner
  • Perform strategic cold calling to a database of 2,000 existing customers to generate new opportunities
  • Execute B2B outreach campaigns to establish referral partnerships with equipment dealers, car yards, and manufacturers
  • Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM system with accurate lead tracking and data entry
  • Handle administrative tasks related to lead management and customer communications
  • Set appointments for both phone consultations (end customers) and Zoom meetings (B2B partners)
  • Develop and maintain organized follow-up sequences to nurture prospects through the sales funnel

Requirements

  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
  • Comfortable making outbound calls to both warm leads and cold prospects
  • Basic administrative and data entry skills
  • Bonus if you have experience in B2B relationship building or appointment setting
  • It helps if you understand the Australian small business landscape
