Job Position: Appointment Setter/SDR
Schedule: 11:00 PM 5:30 AM (MNL Time)
Work Hours: 6.5 hours per day (3x a week: TuesdayThursday)
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and networking.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads to ensure efficient use of time and maximize sales opportunities.
- Customer Communication: Engage with potential clients to understand their security needs, address inquiries, and explain the benefits of the security suite.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions, update contact information, and track appointment progress within the CRM system.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize the appointment-setting process.
- Follow-up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to confirm appointments, address client concerns, and ensure a smooth handover to the sales team.
- Product Knowledge (Non-Negotiable): Develop a strong understanding of the security suites features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in preparing for appointments by providing relevant information about leads and their potential needs.
- Proven experience in B2B appointment setting or sales support
- Should have experience in Technical Support or IT Services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging with potential clients and building rapport.
- Strong customer service orientation to ensure a positive client experience during initial outreach and appointment setting.
- Basic sales acumen and understanding of sales principles to effectively qualify leads and set appointments.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize appointments, and maintain accurate records.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and other relevant software for lead tracking and appointment management.
- Problem-solving skills to handle client objections and resolve scheduling conflicts effectively.
