Job Summary:

We are seeking a
highly motivated and articulate professional

to join our Sales Team as an
Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR)
. This position plays a vital role in driving company growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients through outbound and inbound communication channels.

The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and adaptable — capable of representing the company professionally in various industries. The role requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to quickly adjust to different business environments and client types.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct
    outbound calls, emails, and social media outreach
    to connect with prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria to determine sales opportunities.
  • Schedule appointments and sales meetings
    for the Sales or Account Management team.
  • Build rapport and engage prospects in meaningful conversations to identify needs and offer value-driven solutions.
  • Manage and maintain accurate lead and client records in the
    CRM system
    .
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
  • Follow up on inbound leads promptly and nurture relationships to create qualified sales opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed
    weekly and monthly KPIs
    , including call volume, qualified leads, and appointments booked.
  • Represent the company with confidence, professionalism, and an
    authentic American-accented communication style
    .
  • Stay updated on company offerings, industry trends, and competitive positioning to effectively engage diverse markets.
  • Quickly adapt to any industry or business model
    to align communication and approach with client expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • Minimum of
    1–2 years of experience
    as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or in a similar outbound sales or lead generation role.
  • Excellent English communication skills
    with a
    neutral or strong American accent
    (required).
  • Demonstrated ability to
    quickly learn and adjust to various industries
    and client profiles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in
    CRM systems
    (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and productivity tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
  • Resilient, target-driven, and able to handle rejections professionally.
  • Must be
    flexible to work UK or US business hours
    , depending on client needs.
  • Preferred:
    Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, logistics, or marketing industries.
