Join us as an Appointment Setter supporting an Australian real estate sales manager in driving new business. Your role will focus on connecting with qualified leads via outbound calls and securing property appraisal bookings. We're looking for someone with a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and proven customer engagement or sales support experience—ideally within the real estate sector.

Key Duties:

Appointment Setting

  • Turn database leads into confirmed appraisal appointments through strategic calling.
  • Consistently achieve set weekly and monthly booking goals.
  • Communicate the benefits of appraisals, answer initial questions, and gain real interest.
  • Deliver a professional, friendly, and engaging experience for every prospect.

Lead Database Management

  • Keep lead information accurate and up-to-date.
  • Log interest levels, call results, and contact details precisely.
  • Manage follow-up timelines and reschedule appointments when needed.

Research, Contract Review & Admin Tasks

  • Research property details, local areas, and market insights to support sales pitches.
  • Assist with reviewing property contracts and related documents.
  • Handle admin duties such as preparing client materials, data entry, and file organization.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 2 years as an appointment setter.
  • Real estate experience is essential.
  • Background in sales support or customer service is preferred.
  • Ability to adjust communication style for different personalities.
  • Familiarity with real estate CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-driven and efficient in a home-based setting.
  • Understanding of Australian real estate trends is a plus.
  • Skilled in customizing call scripts to boost results.
  • Clear, professional handling of questions and objections.
  • Accurate logging of all activities in the CRM.
  • Active passport for travel during training.

Tech Skills:

  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
