Appointment setters needed - SaaS/tech Products.

Duties:

  • Reaching out to potential clients via phone calls, emails, and other communication methods
  • Generating and pursuing leads to create opportunities for the sales team
  • Scheduling appointments for salespeople or service providers with potential clients
  • Providing information about the company's products or services
  • Maintaining a detailed record of all calls, including client information, call duration, and the outcome
  • Following up with potential clients to remind them of upcoming appointments
  • Rescheduling appointments as necessary
  • Maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure all potential leads are pursued
  • Preparing reports on appointment setting activity and results

Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through research and networking
  • Contact prospective clients to set up meetings or calls
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all appointments are met
  • Record all client communication in the company CRM
  • Follow-up with potential clients after initial meetings
  • Maintain knowledge of the company's services and products
  • Report on appointment setting activities and results regularly

Qualification:

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter, sales representative, or similar role
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
  • Ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Familiarity with CRM software
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High school diploma; BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field is a plus

Pay: Up to Php13,000.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
