Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented Appointment Setter who will focus on connecting potential clients with our sales team. In this role, you will generate interest, initiate contact, and schedule qualified appointments—serving as an essential bridge between prospects and our sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify prospective clients via phone, email and other outreach channels.
  • Initiate outbound calls and/or respond to inbound inquiries to engage prospects, introduce our offerings, and qualify interest.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments for our sales team, ensuring proper timing, details and hand‑off.
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, leads, appointments and outcomes in the CRM system.
  • Follow up with leads as needed to maximize appointment attendance and reduce no‑shows.
Qualifications
  • Minimum  2 years of experience in appointment‑setting, telemarketing, B2B outreach, inside sales support or a similar role.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office / Excel / Outlook); comfortable updating records and tracking metrics.
