Lead Generation Specialist Job Description

We are seeking ambitious professionals to fill the position of Lead Generation Specialist, supporting businesses worldwide.

  • Minimum 1 year of verified experience in appointment setting or lead generation, preferably with international clients
  • Exceptional English communication skills, including written and verbal proficiency
  • Strong interpersonal skills for effective interactions with diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in utilizing lead generation software and online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with contemporary technologies, including desktop sharing, cloud services, CRMs, and VoIP
  • Competence in using word-processing software and spreadsheets, such as MS Office
  • Understanding of online calendar platforms and scheduling tools, like Google Calendar
  • Outstanding phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills
  • Technologically adept with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges

Responsibilities:

  • Establish rapport and foster positive professional relationships with customers and clients.
  • Source potential sales leads and gather their contact information from various channels (e.g., social media, client referrals, events, online platforms).
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to engage and integrate leads into impactful campaigns.
  • Develop and manage a sales prospecting database or CRM system, ensuring accurate details.
  • Follow up with leads via email, SMS, and phone calls to maintain communication and facilitate progress.
  • Conduct research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry benchmarks.
  • Formulate and implement criteria to assess lead quality and monitor conversion rates.
