Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily site operations and ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
  • Interpret and implement construction drawings, plans, and technical specifications.
  • Coordinate with project managers, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct inspections and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
  • Perform quality control checks and verify that all works conform to engineering standards.
  • Assist in resolving technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
  • Manage site personnel and subcontractors to achieve project targets and deadlines.
  • Participate in project meetings and support project documentation and handover requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer.
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant site experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Project, and other relevant software.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
