MEPFS Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze MEPFS plans, drawings, and specifications.
  • Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines to ensure seamless integration of MEPFS systems.
  • Supervise and monitor site installation works to ensure compliance with approved designs and standards.
  • Prepare material take-offs, cost estimates, and technical submittals for MEPFS components.
  • Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of MEPFS systems.
  • Identify design or site issues and recommend corrective actions.
  • Ensure all works comply with local codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for timely delivery and installation of MEPFS materials and equipment.
  • Prepare progress reports and documentation related to MEPFS activities.
  • Support the Project Manager in achieving project milestones and handover requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or related field).
  • Licensed Engineer is a preferred
  • At least 2 to 3 years of experience in MEPFS coordination or supervision in construction projects.
  • Knowledge of MEPFS design, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
  • Strong understanding of building systems, construction methods, and safety practices.
  • Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
