Role Purpose:

The Mechanical/Plumbing Engineer will be the trade-specific Site Engineer responsible for mechanical and plumbing works, ensuring systems are properly designed, installed, and tested in accordance with project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend programs of work and enforce project controls to ensure standards are met
  • Interpret mechanical/plumbing drawings, layouts, and specifications for site implementation.
  • Supervise installation of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and related systems.
  • Coordinate daily with Project Manager (for reporting) and Superintendent (for manpower/equipment).
  • Monitor compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide site-based engineering solutions.
  • Work closely with QA/QC to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of relevant experience in mechanical/plumbing works for construction projects.
  • Licensed Mechanical Engineer preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
  • Effective communicator with strong technical and site management skills.

Location: Makati City (Main Office) and Project Sites in Cavite

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Target Start Date: Q4 2025

Salary Range: Php 35,000-40,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
