Role Purpose:

The Civil/Structural Engineer will serve as the trade-specific Site Engineer responsible for the design interpretation, technical layouts, and structural implementation of civil and structural works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend programs of work and enforce project controls to ensure standards are met
  • Interpret civil/structural plans, drawings, elevations, and grades for site execution
  • Supervise civil/structural works and ensure alignment with approved designs.
  • Provide technical support and problem-solving during site implementation.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager (for reporting/controls) and Superintendent (for manpower/equipment alignment).
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with codes.
  • Collaborate with QA/QC Engineer for technical audits and improvements.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 7–10 years of civil/structural engineering experience in construction projects.
  • Strong technical expertise in structural design, layouts, and on-site implementation.
  • Licensed Civil Engineer preferred.
  • Excellent coordination, interpersonal and communication skills.

Location: Makati City (Main Office) and Project Sites in Cavite

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Target Start Date: Jan 2026

Salary Range: Php 35,000-40,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
