SITE CIVIL ENGINEER

Location: Sitio Aguawan, Brgy. Sisiman, Mariveles, Bataan

Position Overview:

Planters Aggregates, Inc. is seeking a proactive and competent Site Civil Engineer to oversee and manage civil works related to quarry and crushing plant site development. This role will be responsible for planning, execution, monitoring, and documentation of infrastructure and community-related projects, including Site Development and Social Development & Management Program (SDMP) projects.

The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise in civil engineering, with hands-on experience in site construction, project implementation, coordination with LGUs and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise civil works, construction activities, and site development projects within the plant and quarry area.
  • Prepare project plans, estimates, work schedules, and budgets for civil engineering projects.
  • Implement and monitor SDMP projects in coordination with LGUs and community stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and project teams for timely execution of works.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, as-built plans, and progress updates.
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies on civil and community-based development projects.
  • Provide engineering support for plant expansions, drainage systems, roadworks, utilities, and infrastructure improvements.
  • Recommend technical solutions for site issues, maintenance requirements, and project development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • With PRC License (Civil Engineer) is an advantage.
  • At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in construction, site development, or industrial project works (experience in mining or aggregates industry is a plus).
  • Knowledgeable in SDMP planning and implementation is an advantage.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project planning tools.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and documentation skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site at Mariveles, Bataan.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
