Role Purpose:

The Electrical Engineer will serve as the trade-specific Site Engineer for electrical works, ensuring proper interpretation of electrical layouts and execution of systems in line with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recommend programs of work and enforce project controls to ensure standards are met
  • Interpret electrical plans and provide technical guidance during site execution.
  • Supervise installation and implementation of electrical systems (power, lighting, etc.).
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, electrical standards, and project requirements.
  • Coordinate with Project Manager for reporting and with Superintendent for logistics and manpower deployment.
  • Support QA/QC processes by ensuring quality workmanship and compliance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve site electrical issues promptly.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 7–10 years of electrical engineering experience in construction.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and local codes.
  • Ability to manage contractors and site labor effectively.

Location: Makati City (Main Office) and Project Sites in Cavite

Hours: 9AM to 6PM (Monday to Saturday)

Target Start Date: Q4 2025

Salary Range: Php 35,000-40,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
