Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team at Health Cube Medical Clinics. This role focuses on expanding our client base, developing new business opportunities, and strengthening strategic partnerships to drive the company's growth.

The ideal candidate is highly motivated, persuasive, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
  • Develop and present customized proposals for corporate healthcare services
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners
  • Meet and exceed business development targets and performance metrics
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client onboarding and account management
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and market insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferably in the healthcare or service industry)
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Goal-oriented, self-driven, and able to work independently
  • Willing to be assigned at Shaw Blvd., Mandaluyong City
