The Partnerships Officer must be capable of translating our products into business value for our partners, which requires understanding of the partners' business model including helping the partners develop value propositions that are attractive to their customers. Setting partner's expectations, clear communication, agreed metrics, and commitment to deliver partner success are essentials to have a meaningful partnership.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Generates revenue-driven initiatives including up-selling and cross-selling
  • Provides data solutions that will bring value to the business of the partner
  • Operates as the point of contact for the assigned partner/s
  • Develops and maintains collaborative relationship with partners
  • Drives promos, campaigns, projects and programs working on carrying the goals
  • Identifies growth opportunities and create actionable plans with the partner

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in partnership management, business development, or account management is essential.
  • Experience specifically in the loyalty or rewards industry is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating and executing partnership agreements.
  • Experience in identifying and cultivating relationships with potential and existing partners.
  • Proven ability to negotiate partnership terms and conditions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
