About the role

This is a full-time Housekeeping Team Leader I position with Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of housekeepers to ensure high standards of cleanliness and customer service are maintained across our client sites.

What you'll be doing

  1. Oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to meet service level agreements and client expectations
  2. Allocate and schedule tasks to team members, ensuring efficient workflow and optimal productivity
  3. Monitor and inspect the work of the housekeeping team to ensure tasks are completed to a high standard
  4. Provide hands-on support and training to team members to develop their skills and capabilities
  5. Respond to any customer queries or concerns in a timely and professional manner
  6. Maintain detailed records and documentation related to team performance and operations
  7. Support the implementation of quality assurance programs and continuous improvement initiatives

What we're looking for

  1. 1-2 years' experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor or Team Leader role, ideally within the call centre/customer service industry
  2. Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with customers
  4. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards
  5. Proficient in the use of relevant housekeeping equipment and cleaning techniques
  6. Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and demands
