The Housekeeping Team Lead is responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation of all assigned areas. The role ensures that all cleaning standards and schedules are met efficiently while maintaining a safe and pleasant environment for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to ensure high-quality cleaning standards are maintained.
  • Assign daily cleaning tasks and monitor staff performance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of rooms, offices, and common areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards.
  • Manage inventory and request cleaning supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Handle customer or employee complaints regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation policies.
  • Prepare duty rosters, attendance records, and performance reports.
  • Support the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager in implementing new cleaning procedures and schedules.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of cleaning equipment and materials.
  • Assist in onboarding and training new housekeeping staff.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality or facility management is an advantage.
  • At least 1–3 years of housekeeping experience, with 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php17, Php18,000.00 per month
