About the role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Supervisor I to join our team at Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time position, you will play a key role in managing the financial operations and reporting for our Taguig and Quezon City sites. The successful candidate will have strong financial accounting and analytical skills to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to stakeholders.

What you'll be doing

  1. Overseeing the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
  2. Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
  3. Analysing financial data and providing insights to support business decision-making
  4. Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, policies, and regulations
  5. Supervising and mentoring the finance team to drive efficiency and continuous improvement
  6. Liaising with internal stakeholders and external partners as needed

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  2. 5-7 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, preferably in the services industry
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
  5. Proficient in the use of financial software and Microsoft Office applications
  6. A team player with the ability to mentor and develop finance staff
  7. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
