About the role

Sodexo On-Site Services Philippines, Inc. is seeking a talented HRBP I to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As an HRBP I, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR operations and partnership with our business teams. What you'll be doing

  1. Partner with business managers to understand their HR and workforce needs, and provide strategic recommendations
  2. Manage the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
  3. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance the employee experience
  4. Provide HR advisory services to managers and employees on a wide range of topics, such as compensation, benefits, and professional development
  5. Collaborate with the HR team to design and deliver HR training and development programs
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to drive efficiency and effectiveness

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the consulting or services industry
  3. Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and HR compliance requirements
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with managers and employees
  5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide practical, business-aligned HR solutions
  6. Proficient in MS Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
