About the role

This is an excellent opportunity to join the thriving healthcare BPO industry as a Team Leader for Access Healthcare Services Manila, Inc. Based in Taguig City, Metro Manila, this full-time role will see you leading a high-performing team of customer service representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Supervise and coach a team of customer service representatives, providing ongoing feedback and development to drive performance
  2. Effectively manage team schedules and workloads to meet service level agreements
  3. Identify and resolve team and customer issues in a timely manner
  4. Monitor quality assurance metrics and implement strategies to maintain and improve customer satisfaction
  5. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and encourage open communication
  6. Provide daily reporting on team performance and highlight areas for improvement
  7. Collaborate with other teams and departments to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a customer service or call centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively motivate and lead a team
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle escalated customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and improve team performance
  5. Deep understanding of quality assurance metrics and continuous improvement methodologies
  6. Proven track record of driving high levels of customer satisfaction
  7. Fluency in English, both written and verbal
