Our customer is looking to hire a Pre-Sales Assistant for the VP of sales. The successful candidate must be "sales-oriented" and pro-active at the same time should have experience being an Executive's Assistant.

I. JOB DEFINITION (2025)

Pre-Sales Assistant for the VP of Sales for the HubSpot Solution will be working to ASSIST the VP of Sales and accomplish the following pre-sales objectives:

· Support the VP of Sales in preparing product PowerPoints, sales pitches, ensuring the prospects get all necessary data sheets in time, scheduling follow-up meetings and preparing the agenda.

· Email and calendar management – specifically when preparing for sales travel.

· Following up after sales meetings with potential Hubspot Customers and recording it into the Hubspot system itself.

· Establishing sales pipeline.

· Owning the Sales Pipeline by being responsible for helping the VP of Sales turn cold leads into Luke warm leads.

· Sales Process Ownership - Actively recording all stages of the sell cycle in the pipeline and using HubSpot in such an endeavor as well as

· Preparing Sales Reports with Hubspot

This is a Full Time Project based position and completely work from Home.

II. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Working with Hubspot Program Managers, acquiring Product Sales materials and

· Preparing and planning advertising, emails, videos, newsletters to send out.

· Calling and emailing customers.

· Requesting appointments and starting "product value" conversations

· Scheduling Demo's and presentations

· Scheduling Proof of Concepts.

· Managing VP of Sales Calendar and Schedule of F-ups

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Salesmanship or any related degree

Work Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years selling HubSpot.

· Must have at least one (1) year experience virtually assisting an executive.

· Must understand at least one module of HubSpot.

· Must know how to manage a Software Pipeline

· Must be Opportunity Driven.

· Must be pro-active.

· Must have experience with deadline driven projects. .

· Meticulous and Inquisitive. Must like to ask questions.

· Must be willing to work long hours
