Role Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior SEO Sales Manager to lead our SEO team and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in understanding and even crafting SEO strategies, managing teams, a developed history in account management and sales of marketing services, and presenting findings and results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • An advanced understanding of SEO services.
  • The ability to develop and understand advanced, moden SEO techniques, including new and upcoming AI strategies and advancements.
  • Develop and implement advanced SEO strategies tailored to our clients' unique needs.
  • Analyze data and trends to optimize performance and forecast potential opportunities and challenges.
  • Produce in-depth SEO reports and present insights and strategies to both company leadership and clients.
  • Collaborate with our Content team to drive Content SEO, ensuring alignment with overall SEO strategies.
  • Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our methods are always cutting-edge.

Qualifications:

  • Expert communication skills, including spoken and written English.
  • Minimum 3+ years of SEO and or Sales experience in a leadership role.
  • Extensive experience in creating and presenting SEO strategies and reports.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets.
  • Experience in generating and managing Content SEO.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams, with a strong focus on mentorship and professional growth.
  • Ability to present to and engage with senior leadership and clients in a compelling and coherent manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Located in the Cebu or Southern regions for better collaboration with our main team.
  • Certified in relevant SEO and Digital Marketing courses or tools.
