Marketing & Sales Manager

Frankston, Bayside, Brighton & Mornington Peninsula | Full-Time

We're looking for a proactive Marketing & Sales Manager to drive business growth for a service-based client. This is a hands-on role where you'll create marketing campaigns, generate leads, and convert opportunities into clients while working closely with content and social teams.

  • Develop partnerships with local businesses, corporate clients, and real estate agencies
  • Maintain strong client communication and match services to their needs

What We're Looking For:

  • Confident communicator, especially on the phone
  • Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality for new business
  • Experience in campaign planning and sales (service-based industries preferred)
  • Empathetic and client-focused mindset

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php42, Php50,000.00 per month
