Our customer is looking to hire a Sales Assistant for a dynamic and busy Head of Sales. The successful candidate must have used HUBSPOT software In the past. Must have been an Assistant to an Executive of the Sales Department. The candidate must have sold in the past.

I. JOB DEFINITION (2025)

The Sales Assistant for the Head of Sales for the HubSpot Solution will be working to ASSIST the Head of Sales and accomplish the following pre-sales objectives:

· Actively prepare product PowerPoints, sales pitches, ensuring the prospects get all necessary data sheets in time, scheduling follow-up meetings and preparing the agenda.

· Email and calendar management – specifically when preparing for sales travel.

· Following up after sales meetings with potential Hubspot Customers and recording it into the Hubspot system itself.

· Establishing sales pipeline. Owning the Pipeline. Taking full responsibility for this pipeline.

· Responsible for Assisting the Head of Sales turn cold leads into Luke warm leads.

· Sales Process Ownership - Actively recording all stages of the sell cycle in the pipeline and using HubSpot in such an endeavor

· Preparing Sales Reports with Hubspot

This is a Full Time Project based position and completely work from Home.

II. PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Working with Hubspot Program Managers, acquiring Product Sales materials.

· Preparing and planning advertising, emails, videos, newsletters to send out.

· Calling and emailing customers.

· Requesting appointments and starting "product value" conversations

· Scheduling Demo's and presentations

· Scheduling Proof of Concepts.

· Managing VP of Sales Calendar and Schedule of F-ups

III. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Digital Marketing, Salesmanship or any related degree

Work Experience:

· Minimum of 2 years selling HubSpot.

· Must have at least one (1) year experience virtually assisting an executive.

· Must understand at least one module of HubSpot.

· Must be Opportunity Driven.

· Must be pro-active.

· Must have experience with deadline driven projects. .

· Meticulous and Inquisitive. Must like to ask questions.

· Must be willing to work long hours
