Core responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate all aspects of day-to-day travel, including tours, hotel bookings, airport transfers, and other ground logistics.
  • Supplier Coordination: Work closely with local and international suppliers to confirm bookings and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Itinerary and Document Management: Prepare and manage detailed travel itineraries and all associated operational documents.
  • Cost Control: Oversee and manage operational costs to stay within budget.
  • Supplier and SOP Support: Assist the Operations Manager with maintaining supplier relationships and adhering to standard operating procedures.

Key skills and knowledge:

  • Logistics: Strong understanding of travel logistics, from booking to execution.
  • Coordination: Excellent ability to coordinate between multiple parties, both internal and external.
  • Problem-solving: Ability to resolve operational issues as they arise.
  • Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail for managing complex itineraries and documents.
  • Financial management: Skills in cost control and budgeting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
