Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Merchandiser Manager to lead and supervise our merchandising team. The role involves overseeing in-store execution, ensuring product visibility, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and store management. The ideal candidate has experience in FMCG merchandising and can manage operations across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and supervise merchandisers across assigned areas.
  • Develop and implement merchandising strategies to maximize product visibility and sales.
  • Monitor store compliance on displays, planograms, and promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align on brand objectives.
  • Prepare and analyze reports on merchandising activities and sales performance.
  • Ensure proper inventory management and timely replenishment of stocks.
  • Build strong relationships with store managers and clients.
  • Drive efficiency and performance within the merchandising team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Merchandiser Manager or similar role in FMCG.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of merchandising standards, retail operations, and inventory management.
  • Willing to travel and manage operations in multiple locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools.
