About the Role

This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated fitness leader who is passionate about helping clients achieve life-changing results in both physical health and personal growth. The Fitness Coach will provide daily accountability and guidance in fitness, nutrition, and spirituality. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership experience who can grow into a Master Level Trainer/Head of Operations, managing a team of coaches and driving program excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily accountability and coaching in fitness, nutrition, and spirituality.
  • Design and implement personalized fitness and wellness programs.
  • Support clients with injury management and safe training practices.
  • Hold clients accountable while fostering encouragement and motivation.
  • Develop and refine program content to maximize client success.
  • Lead and mentor fitness coaches as the program grows.
  • Maintain structured systems for scheduling, tracking, and documentation.
  • Utilize remote coaching platforms such as Trainerize, Notion, and Google Drive.
  • Integrate a faith-based perspective into coaching (Christian preferred, denomination not required).
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Fitness Coach and Life Coach (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience managing or mentoring other coaches.
  • Expertise in fitness programming and injury prevention/management.
  • Background in nutrition coaching and lifestyle accountability.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable with remote coaching tools such as Trainerize, Notion, and Google Drive.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with fitness technology tools.
  • Knowledge of behavioral coaching or motivational psychology.
  • Familiarity with scaling coaching operations.
