Role Overview

As an Appointment Setter at Tippler, you will play a key role in the sales pipeline by identifying potential venue partners and booking qualified meetings for the Head of Sales. You'll be our first point of contact with hospitality venues and responsible for sparking interest, establishing credibility, and ensuring smooth handovers to the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to hospitality venues (restaurants, bars, cafés, etc.)
  • Clearly communicate Tippler's value proposition and product benefits
  • Qualify leads based on fit, interest level, and readiness to onboard
  • Maintain accurate lead notes and appointment data in our CRM
  • Follow up with prospects to confirm meetings and reduce cancellation rates
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to optimize messaging, targeting, and outreach strategy
  • Achieve weekly KPIs for outreach volume and booked appointments

Required Skills & Experience

  • Confidence and clarity in communication — both written and verbal
  • Resilience and positivity when handling objections
  • Comfortable making high-volume outreach calls
  • Strong organizational and lead-tracking capabilities
  • Experience in sales, customer-facing roles, or hospitality (preferred)
  • GROWTH mindset; a desire to achieve high, consistent results and the hunger to improve each day
