About Us

We're a fast-growing Digital Marketing Agency helping service businesses generate qualified leads and scale profitably. We're expanding our outbound team and looking for Appointment Setters based in the Philippines who can turn warm/cold conversations into booked Zoom calls with our Business Growth Strategist.

Role Overview

You'll contact prospective clients (inbound leads, warm lists, and targeted cold outreach), qualify their needs, briefly introduce our solutions, and secure a Zoom appointment with our strategist. This is a KPI-driven role with clear scripts, training, and daily support.

Compensation

PHP 30,000–60,000 gross per month (PHP 30,000 base + uncapped commission)

Paid training, scripts, and ongoing coaching

Note: The stated range already includes expected commissions. Final mix (base + commission) discussed during interviews.

What You'll Do

Call warm/cold prospects and book Zoom calls with our Business Growth Strategist

Briefly introduce our solutions and pre-qualify (fit, budget, timeline, decision maker)

Keep accurate notes and next steps in the CRM

Hit weekly targets for qualified appointments and show rate

Send confirmations/reminders and reschedule when needed; recover no-shows

What You'll Need

1+ year in appointment setting/SDR/telemarketing (B2B, agency, or SaaS a plus)

Reliable WFH setup: fast internet, quality headset, quiet workspace (backup preferred)

Comfortable using basic tools: CRM, calendar/scheduling, video meetings, email/SMS/DM, and team chat

Must be: Coachable, KPI-driven, consistent with follow-ups

Nice to Have

Previous experience using GoHighLevel (even if from a past role)

Typical Targets

80–120 dials/day (plus SMS/DM follow-ups)

8–12 qualified Zoom appointments/week

70–80% show rate with confirmations/reminders
