We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hospital President to lead a client's healthcare facility in Bacolod, Philippines. The ideal candidate will possess extensive leadership skills, a deep understanding of hospital operations, and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.

What You'll Do:
Provide strategic direction and leadership for the hospital's operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Foster relationships with stakeholders, including doctors, staff, and community partners.
Oversee budgeting and financial management to ensure sustainability.
Implement innovative programs to enhance patient care services.
Lead recruitment efforts to build a strong healthcare team.
Monitor performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Minimum 15 years of experience in healthcare management or related fields.
Proven track record of successful leadership in a hospital setting.
Strong knowledge of healthcare policies and regulations.
