Qualifications Ten-Fifteen (10-15) years within the integrated resort or gaming industry, with increasing levels of responsibility leading teams and driving cross-functional marketing operations. Strong analytical, project management and communication to all levels of management. Highly organized and structured with strong multi-tasking and prioritization abilities. Strong relationship development skills with a wide variety of audiences across different functions, ability to manage competent personnel to high levels of performance. Ability to lead through change, people management and relationship in a dynamic environment. Degree in business administration, marketing or relevant field.
