Coordinate with leasing, construction, engineering, and finance departments for integrated property solutions. Conduct regular inspections to assess facility condition, performance, and tenant needs. Manage relationships with tenants, vendors, contractors, and regulatory bodies. Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports for executive leadership. Drive innovation and implement best practices in facility management and tenant services. Qualifications, Skills and Experience: Licensed Engineer in the Philippines (Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical). Master’s Degree in Engineering, Management, Real Estate, or related field. Graduated with Latin honors (Cum Laude, Magna Cum Laude, or Summa Cum Laude). Ranked in the Top 10 in the national licensure board examination. At least 8–10 years of progressive experience in property/facility management, with 5+ years in a leadership or senior management role. Strong knowledge of building systems, engineering standards, and property operations. Excellent leadership, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in managing premium commercial, residential, or mixed-use properties is an advantage. Familiarity with industry software (e.g., CMMS, CAFM, BMS, property management systems).
