WE'RE HIRING: MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE

Under the Office of the President and CEO

Are you organized, adaptable, and eager to gain experience working closely with top executives? We are looking for a Management Associate who will provide vital support to the President and CEO's Office in ensuring smooth and efficient day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do:
  • Act as liaison between the CEO and other departments, staff, and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments to manage competing priorities.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials, and follow up on action items.
  • Assist in coordinating projects, research, and executive initiatives.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Arrange travel requirements and manage communication for the Executive Office.
  • Perform other related duties to support the hospital's overall goals and mission.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience in executive or administrative support is an advantage, but fresh graduates with high potential and trainability are welcome to apply.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills.
  • Can handle multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and professional attitude.
