Job Description

As a Sr. Graphic Artist, you will conceptualize and produce high-level graphic, video, and motion design assets that support marketing and recruiting campaigns. You'll collaborate with global teams, maintain brand consistency, track project performance, and push creative boundaries while meeting strategic objectives.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• At least 5 years of progressively responsible business-oriented design experience
• Agency experience required
• Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator; experience with Premiere Pro preferred
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Word skills
• Experience with U.S.-based companies is a strong plus
• Strong English language skills
• Hands-on experience with UX/web/app design helpful
• Willingness to work an early morning schedule to join US-based meetings
• Organized, flexible, and agile in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Skilled in videoconferencing, email, and communication tools to build strong working relationships
• Shows initiative in communication, problem-solving, and self-development
• Thrives independently and collaboratively
• Highly responsive to internal client needs
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Works efficiently and effectively with sound judgment and "uncommon common sense"
• Superior English-language spelling and grammar

Your Daily Tasks

• Create a wide range of graphic, video, and motion design deliverables aligned with campaign objectives
• Collaborate with marketing and recruiting teams to execute strategic campaigns
• Ensure all materials adhere to brand standards and maintain consistent visual identity
• Manage multiple open projects efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Stay updated on digital trends and cultural themes
• Stress-test deliverables against branding and messaging goals; give and receive feedback
• Own project tracking and campaign performance monitoring
• Document processes and share best practices
• Bring creativity and energy to each requirement while honoring non-negotiables
