Job Description

As an Accounts Payable Assistant, you'll process invoices, record transactions, and support accounting operations across international teams. You'll collaborate with accountants and vendors to ensure financial accuracy, smooth communication, and timely payments in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 2 years' relevant experience
• Bachelor's or College Degree in Finance, Accounting, or any related course
• Open to fresh graduate candidates
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to handle difficult situations and communicate with professionalism
• High proficiency in using technology, especially web-based platforms
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results
• Strong ability to build rapport with team members, clients, and service providers
• Experience in property management or real estate is an advantage
• Background in customer service is a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Willing to work in a hybrid setup and night shift schedule

Your Daily Tasks

• Support and coordinate with accountants in the Philippines and the U.S. team
• Organize, review, and process inbound invoices for approval and payment
• Record and code transactions based on bank data
• Upload supporting documents on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Perform general bookkeeping tasks
• Answer phone calls from U.S.-based customers and vendors via IP telephony
• Coordinate with U.S.-based service vendors to clarify and process payments
• Join calls with managers and clients to resolve accounts payable issues
• Communicate business needs clearly to clients, vendors, and internal teams
