Job Description

As an Accountant, you'll handle reconciliations, reports, and financial analysis for multiple community associations, working closely with U.S. teams to ensure accuracy and compliance. You'll play a vital role in maintaining financial integrity across global operations.

The Qualifications We Seek

• Minimum 1-3 years business accounting experience
• Excellent English-language communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent educational credentials with a focus on accounting
• Certified Public Accounting (CPA) credential is a plus
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards
• High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software and platforms
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment producing high-quality results
• Can easily build rapport with team members, other staff, clients, and service providers

Your Daily Tasks

• Assume ownership of the reconciliation process for CAM buildings/portfolios
• Summarize current financial status by preparing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and reports
• Review monthly financial statements for CAM buildings/portfolios
• Handle direct financial reporting for community condo and homeowners' associations
• Work with the Chicago-based accounting department on reconciliations and reporting
• Prepare payments by verifying documentation and requesting disbursements
• Support budget and forecasting activities
• Assist in onboarding new community associations
• Answer accounting procedure questions
• Improve internal processes for both accounting and operations
