Your Role in the Team

Be part of our client's team as a Community Associate, where you'll manage property portfolios, respond to resident and vendor requests, coordinate with U.S.-based teams, handle tickets and documentation, and ensure smooth daily operations. You'll deliver exceptional service, support community management, and help maintain thriving, well-run properties.

What You Bring to the Role

• Must be able to work night shift with flexible schedule
• 1 to 3 years as a customer service representative
• Extremely high comfort and fluency in English
• High comfort level with technology, especially web-based software like Google Suite
• Comfortable maintaining open dialogue with the team and relaying questions or concerns
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently

Your Responsibilities

• Respond to emails and phone calls from vendors, board members, and owners
• Answer and update tickets in Vantaca in a timely manner
• Work with Chicago-based Community Manager
• Facilitate daily operations for your management team's portfolio
• Monitor and resolve association requests via Vantaca
• Answer phone calls from U.S.-based customers and vendors
• Communicate business needs to U.S.-based clients and vendors
• Research client (AR) and vendor (AP) payment issues
• Document tracking
• Prepare documents for signing in DocuSign
• Provide customer service as first point of contact
