Sales Executive

We are looking for driven, self-motivated individuals who believe in the power of knowledge and yearn to create an impact through new business development.
The job requires working on local time zone 1:00pm-10:00pm for our Africa market. As a member in our Training and Conferences Sales team, this role involves end-to-end client management including: online and phone research, telesales, record keeping, resolving client issues and building customer relationships.

Requirements
- Preferably a Bachelor's degree in any business-related courses. However, we welcome college level applicants with at least six (6) months or one (1) year experience in MICE industry, B2B outbound sales
- Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and handle work under pressure
- Fast-learner and great passion for Sales
- Highly effective English communication skills both written and verbal
- Applicants must be willing to work in Taguig
Responsibilities
- B2B telesales, contacting existing and potential attendees about conferences, events, training and other products and services.
- Qualify potential leads through effective research like phone calls, emails and other methods
- Maintain regular engagement with clients ensuring a thorough understanding of their needs, requirements, inquiries and future plans.
- Collects client payment and ensure all clients' accounts are up to date in their payment
- Work closely with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging to drive opportunities for new business
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned region
