As a Renewals Specialist you will be responsible for renewing subscriptions for existing customers. To be successful, you'll need to be hardworking, energetic, and motivated by renewing existing subscriptions and providing features and benefits.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Close business to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual bookings objectives.
  • Weekly forecasting on pipeline creation, progression, and quarterly sales targets.
  • Work closely with the relevant internal stakeholders to drive success (i.e., Channel, BDRs, etc).
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, develop, and renew existing subscriptions.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline necessary to hit your sales targets through proactive outbound calling
  • Execute an outbound sales strategy to drive Renewals for existing/expiring subscriptions

Qualifications:

  • Has 1 year of Outbound Sales / Renewals Experience in Cold Calling
  • Quote creation and closing of sale
  • Excellent Communication Skill
  • Chat, Emails, and Outbound Calling Experience
  • Time Management Skill
  • Attention to Detail
  • Objection Management Skill
  • Renewal Management Skill
