We're a rapidly growing fashion apparel company seeking a talented Sales Specialist with Franchising Background to join our vibrant team in BGC. This is an incredible opportunity to leverage your expertise and contribute directly to our expansion by bringing our stylish brand to new markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with potential franchisees, guiding them through the entire sales cycle.
  • Present our compelling franchise model, highlighting the unique benefits and opportunities of partnering with a leading fashion apparel brand.
  • Negotiate and close franchise agreements, contributing directly to our national growth.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new franchisees.
  • Become a brand ambassador, passionately representing our values and vision.

What We're Looking For:

  • 1+ year of experience in the Fashion Apparel Industry: You understand the trends, the market, and the unique selling points of fashion.
  • 1+ year of B2B Sales experience: You're a seasoned pro at navigating business-to-business relationships and driving results.
  • Franchising background: You have experience with the franchising model and can confidently articulate its benefits.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a passion for success.

  • Competitive salary range of PHP 20,000 - PHP 30,000 per month, plus uncapped commission. Your earning potential is truly in your hands
