Job Summary:
The Franchising Personnel will be responsible for the strategic direction, growth, and performance of the Chicken Restaurant franchise network. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, operational expertise, and strong interpersonal skills to identify, recruit, and support franchise partners. The ideal candidate will be a brand ambassador, dedicated to ensuring every franchised location upholds our standards of quality, integrity, and fun.
Key Responsibilities:
Franchise Strategy & Development:
Develop and execute a comprehensive franchising strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets, both domestically and internationally.
- Lead the entire franchise development lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiations and agreement finalization.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and demographic data to identify new growth opportunities and optimize expansion plans.
Franchisee Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact and a strategic partner for all franchise owners.
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with franchisees, providing ongoing support, guidance, and motivation.
- Conduct regular business reviews with franchisees to analyze performance, identify areas for improvement, and co-develop action plans to drive profitability and success.
Brand & Operational Compliance:
Ensure all franchised locations strictly adhere to Hooray Chicken's brand standards, operational procedures, and quality controls.
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for new franchisees and their staff.
- Conduct site visits and audits to ensure consistency in product quality, customer experience, and restaurant cleanliness.
Marketing & Business Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement national and local marketing campaigns that support franchise growth.
- Provide franchisees with the tools, resources, and support they need to succeed, including operational manuals, marketing materials, and supply chain solutions.
- Assist in resolving operational challenges and conflicts, acting as a mediator between franchisees and the corporate team.
Financial Oversight:
Monitor the financial performance of the franchise network, analyzing key metrics such as sales, profitability, and return on investment.
- Manage the franchising budget and P&L, ensuring financial targets are met.
- Work with the finance team to ensure timely and accurate collection of franchise fees and royalties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in franchising, with at least 1 year in a senior leadership or Head of role.
- Proven track record of successfully growing a franchise network within the restaurant or food & beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of franchise law, contracts, and regulations.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities.
- A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- A passionate and fun personality that embodies the Chicken Restaurant brand.
- Ability to travel frequently to support franchise partners and explore new markets.
