Role: Franchising Sales Officer

Work Arrangement: Work From Home

Location: Philippines - Angeles (Pampanga)

Schedule: Morning Shift

Digital Lead Sourcing and Prospecting:

• Research and identify new potential franchisee leads using online databases, industry networks, and lead generation tools.
• Monitor relevant platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, industry forums) for potential franchisee prospects.
• Conduct initial outreach via phone, email, and social media to assess interest and present the franchise opportunity.
• Update and maintain online listings across all digital platforms (internal and external), ensuring consistency.
• Write scripts for digital advertising (desirable but not essential).

Lead Qualification and Pipeline Management

• Receive, process, and screen incoming franchise inquiries/applications based on pre-defined qualification criteria.

• Conduct preliminary phone screenings to assess:

• Financial qualifications

• Experience
• Cultural fit with Craveable Brands values
• Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings and handover calls with Franchise Development team members.
• Assist the Franchise Sales Manager in drafting internal candidate approval forms.

Workplace Health and Safety

• Support implementation of Craveable Group's Health & Safety Policy.
• Use the Risk Register to identify and assess hazards.
• Report hazards, near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly.
• Follow procedures and reasonable instructions, including use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Ensure actions do not risk the safety of employees, customers, contractors, or visitors.
• Avoid intentional or reckless interference with safety equipment or workplace items.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential

• Proven administrative or coordination experience (preferably in sales, business development, or recruitment).
• Experience in the Franchise or Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
• Familiarity with social media and digital tools for business prospecting and lead generation.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong interpersonal skills; able to communicate the brand's value proposition clearly via phone and email.
• High level of organisational skills and data accuracy in high-volume, process-driven environments.
• Experience in a phone sales environment.

Desirable

• Script or copywriting experience for advertising.
• Prior business sales experience.
• Australian accent preferred.

• Experience using Salesforce.
• Call center experience.
